Accessibility statement
Updated 22 October 2026
Our goal
We want everyone to be able to use the site, and we follow the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines.
What is already done
The site works with a keyboard, controls have labels for screen readers, and text contrast is checked in both themes. The “Accessibility” button on the right changes text size and turns on high contrast, no colour, highlighted links, a simple font, more spacing, a large cursor, and stops animation. Charts come with a table of the same numbers.
Known limitations
Screen readers cannot read the 3D chart — use the “Exact data” switch and the table with the same numbers. An automated WCAG 2.1 AA check (axe-core) finds no violations, but manual testing with VoiceOver and NVDA is still to come. Native speakers are still reviewing the translations.
If something doesn’t work
Write to us at info@vetkalife.com — describe the page and what gets in the way. We will reply and try to fix it.
